OEM Honda Fluid all the way....

yeah definitely oem fluid and i think the honda stuff is synthetic too. not sure though

were do you live? up here in canada i think oem fluid is too thick in the winter, so i use 10w30. works fine. just my 2 cents peace...

you can def. use just motor oil. its only a d motor. Since his questions been answered I was wanted to try the gmc syncomesh iam sure this has been discussed before but takes forever to load pages on my computer. I know ive heard of people using it in there transmission and its to be really smooth and noticable changes once added. what do you think?

What I have been using is GM Syncromesh Transmission fluid w/friction modifiers/ Pennzoil Syncromesh fluid. It works great for notchy fluid.
