tranny help needed

I installed a new clutch, and flywheel while doing my swap. I got the car off the jack stands and the short shifter I installed is hitting the exhaust pipe with the shift rod. I fixed that by removing the exhaust hangers, but I have a bigger problem now. The clutch has resistance, but the car won't move. What could I have done wrong that would cause this? The flywheel is on correctly, took the old one off and put the new one right back on. The clutch disc and pressure plate are on right also. Any ideas?

Need some more info....What did you swap into what? :unsure:
If you swaped a SiR package into an EF and you used the SiR axels, you need to remove the hub seals or the will bind up the hubs so they won't turn.
