when in any gear and accelerating or declerating it makes noise.
when clutch in or netrual rev sounds good.
The car drives nice and no grinding when shifting in or out.
what could be the problem?
 
Might be bad bearing. D-series transmission are known for having the input shaft bearing go bad.
