tranny probs

i was driving my 88 d16z6 swaped rex and i shifted it 2 then into 3 and when i pushed the clutch in it made a poping sound i thought i poped the cable but it wasnt it and the clutch wont disengage i disengegs like 1/4 of the clutch dont kno what to do any suggestions.

maybe you broke the return spring on the pedal?

dont kno the peddle still comes bac a friend says it might be the fork in the tranny but i would try to narrow it down before pulling the tranny

check yor'e clutch cable, same thing happened to me

i changed it and adjusted it all the way tight and still the same thing

You Say Popped Must Mean You Did Not Engage Gear Properly And Gear Came Off And Thus Release Bearing Failed. Check Out The Release Bearing By Removing Tranny Its Not That Hard.
