tranny question

In my integra when im at high rpm and shift into second it grinds a little but it doest at low rpm whats the casue and how can it be fixed ??

Well it could be your clutch is going out.

Could be an array of things.

Clutch, sychros, Fluid (type and level), may need to be flushed and filled...it's hard to narrow it down with out actually seeing the car or hearing the trans.
