Trunk Help Please?

Hey guys, I have new tailights and a spoon roof spoiler that I want to install but, there is a problem. I cannot open the trunk and I'm pulling the latch and I hear clicks but, I doesn't want to open up. Any suggestions on how I could open it? If someone has had the same problem please help. The car is a 1992 Honda Civic Hatchback Model. Thanks guys, Please try to give me some help if you can. THANKS again.^_^rolleyes:

try having someone hold the latch up while you open it at the same time... mine was dong that i had my freind help me get it open then sprayed all the latches and hinges with WD-40 works sweet now.

or use the key and pull up while turning the key
