turbo ls vtec

I have a 95 ls vtec integra, it has-

gsr head (stock) 70k
ls bottom (stock)85k
obx manifold
blox throttle body
mishimoto.radiator

so basically a bone stock lsvtec. I want to turbo it on 6-7 psi.i.was wondering if anyone could tell me what kind of specs I should expect, and what type of kit I should buy, thanks

remember, 6-7psi doesnt really designate a power goal. 6-7 psi on a large turbo is far different from 6-7 psi on a very small turbo.

i would keep the power under 200whp if i were you. that keeps things fairly safe and reliable (provided the tuning is good and the engine has been taken care of)

as far as a kit, my recommendation to you is to piece one together if you have the know-how. if this is your first major modification to a car, then just buy a pre-made kit. i think this is the best pre made kit out there:
