two extra wires

aite i dont know much about the problem because im not the one working on it but my boy says he was wiring up an obd1 gsr into an obd0 teg and he said there were two wires that looked like they pluged in but he can find a place for them. does any one know what this might be?

ok a lil more specific then just 2 wires.... that could be anything. i could help because i have done the conversion but if u dnt get more specific then i cant.

well thats the thing never seen them just hanging befor. when he put a gsr in a 91 crx they pluged in to something but we dont remeber and that car is no longer with us so we cant check it. so i got no clue

again silude is a tool and cant log out for himself and whis whole thing is me
