type-r bottom end

can the stock (integra)type-r bottom end handle 9500 rpm the top end is good to goskunk2stage 2 +valvetrain titanium retainers etc just wondering if the bottom end can hang? anyone have any idea

It can handle 9k for sure, 9500 would be the limit on it in my opinion. Shit gets crazy above 9k you know...
