type r header in a da integra

im having trouble try'n to put in this type r header in my integra...its hard because its a whole 4-1 one piece...can enyone help me and give me ideas on how can i get it in the engine bay because theres alot of things blocking it from top and the bottom...
 
remove motor... install header...replace motor...

i went with a 2 piece for this exact reason, sorry i can't help more...?
 
You dont have to remove the enigne for a simple header install.

You have to cut your sub frame to clear the header. The section to cut out is right in front of hte header where it hits. Do you now what hte sub-frame that Im talking about is? you first have to remove the bolts on the radius rods then teh 6 17mm bolts holding the subframe to the car.
