So is the only difference with wiring and ecus, or are the heads actually different. I bought a 91 civic si with a b16 swap. And I believe it is just an obd-0 engine.
With a built b18, and my b16 head. What is going to be my best bet for tuning a ls/vtec turbo set up. I am planning on running 10+psi of boost.

at this point in time, the solutions available for DIY boost management are far superior on OBD1 than the OBD0 electronics that currently grace your car. If you are talking about doing this today, I would sincerely recommend looking at an old school hondata 4b (because it's the newest hondata that will run on a PR3 ECU) or switching the car over to OBD1 so you can run a S200 Hondata or a Chipped ECU with Uberdata.
