Vacuum leak?

We just swapped a H22A into a 93 SI and when you start it, the revs fluctuate like a vacuum leak until it warms up and then it dies. We've sprayed it to find the leak and got no reaction. The ECM gives no codes. Any ideas?
Yes, the solenoid and oil switch are wired in.

Do still have that lil black box under the manifold hooked up for the intake butterflies? If you left it on during the swap, it may have broken one of the vacuum lines at the box.
