is there anyone who can tell me how to adjust my valve springs on the F22B1?
 
yes.

i am just doing a tune up and have been getting some pinging when I shut the car off and hope that a full belt change, oil, plug, etc... will help.

back to the point, what is the process for adjusting the rocker arm to valve spring

I have/had the haynes manual and have misplaced it and am unable to replace it ( I live in the Bahamas and there aren't any more in our local napa store)

any info would be greatly appreciated

I searched valve lash and found some good info but was unable to find details for the F22B1 and having lost my haynes manual am without my Honda

Exhaust valve clearance


is the pinging that I hear after turning it of likely to be related to valve lash adjustment. any thoughts?
