vibration problems

i got a 89 crx and when i get up to 45 and so on i get real bad vibrations in the steering wheel and bumping noise. i'm going to get my wheels balanced and get my camber ajusted. but has anyone else had this problem. i didnt know if it could be the rack or well i dont know.
any help would be great.

its probly just your tires or the wheels are warped

It started awhile back but it wasnt that bad and now you really cant drive it. when they warp can they get worse over time
