4x100 lug config, +40 offset
215/35/18 nitto tires (85-95% tread)

those are nice wheels but they dont fit on a honda. (18 in = not good) Find a bigger car with the same bolt pattern and post this in one of there forums.
 
actually ive seen 19" on an integra before
18" is not that bad, almost the same size as the 17"
cuz the 18" tires have thinner side wall so they almost same size
also depends on how much of a drop u have
my friend has a 2 1/4" drop on his civic si and they fit fine
