Vtec pressure valve help

My h22a is running now but is giving me 3 codes. MAP sensor and TPS sensor which i'll check later. But the vtec pressure valve (code 22) may be an issure for me. I have no experience workign with vtec stuff so any help on what I should do would be great.

I've read I should check my oil level and i'll also check my wiring to the ecu. any other suggestions?

my h22a is also throwing one of those codes which is the TPS sensor. i looked close to the firewall on my throttle body and found out that the grip on the sensor broke and was hanging down there somewhere. Got a new one and no more TPS sensor code but i still have the vtec solenoid valve (code 21) code. does anyone have a DIY on how to change the vtec solenoid and pressure valve on the h22a??
