I know you have to put in a return fuel line when you do the conversion BUT do you have to replace the existing fuel lines with larger ones?? I have an EF Civic with a D15B3 motor and am replacing it with a VTEC D15B.:)
 
what year and model is the car? what market?
i know in the us theres no carbed ef

i believe he is in Europe (maybe Portugal) and the D15B3 is a carbed motor - usually carbed motors don't have a high pressure fuel pump in the tank nor any return lines - usually have a mechanical low pressure pump bolted to the head and running off the camshaft
 
I live in New Zealand.
The D15B3 motor is a single carb single cam motor that was fitted to the LX Civics Mine is an 89 hatch
