vx hatch has rust

my friend has a 94 vx hatch with rust on the rear quarter panels...and he wanted to know what would be an average price to fix....its not rusted bad..but i think would be enough to have to cut.

the only to truly get rid off rust is to cut it out ans weld in a patch also the rear quaters a hard to do i have done 3 now and not once has the aftermarket panel fit without and bunch of cutting and tweaking

Maybe ones from the south? lol. Well I've been quoted $350 a side to re-do my rear quarter panels.

^ that sounds about right, or if there a tech. school in your area that teaches auto body they usually take in projects and do them for the cost of materials.
