I hope he got the proper permissions.. otherwise, he is going to eat shit in a very big legal way. 48hp in that little tiny motor. With a little motorcycle turbo setup, I'd bet you could get 60+ out of it. Add a gear box, and you'd have a 200mph go cart.

I've been reading up on these karts... There are factory 125cc karts capable of 125mph and 3.0g corners.


125 in a car is pretty fast, I can't immagine doing that on a 100 pound go kart with no suspension.

Those things are crazy to watch at autocrosses. There will be a car that you can tell is just going to destroy the Time of the Day, then one of these things will come out and beat it by 15 seconds on a minute course. Watching them go through around a tight course is something to be seen. It is just amazing how fast they corner and accelerate.
