Watch Out List for B20B/B18C Integra

i recently bought an integra with a B20/B18C Hybrid, and recently had an overheating problem with it that demanded a headgasket change. i took it to some shop, the did a horrible job, cause they didn't use the dowel pins, and now my car is spilling oil from the left side of the engine(looking it from the front).

now am sitting waiting for the dowel pins to arrive(ordered over ebay). Now My Question is, what other things should i check in my engine, to make it really reliable. i included some pictures of the engine.

My Checklist for the engine so far is..

Change Timing Belt,
Install the Valve Seals(doesn't have one, used silicon instead)
Install the valve gasket(doesn't have one, used silicon instead)
Change the head gasket using the LS/VTEC Dowel Pins.
Get my battery back in place (Battery Was Moved to the Trunk)

What Other things you guys think i need to get/Check/change?

I would chage the waterpump too.

yea.. when you do a timing belt.. you might as well do the timing belt tensioner and water pump while you're in there..
