Just like the post says, What exactly do C51 & C52 control. On the infamous Ebay chips these are optional or they are not mentioned. Do they help n/a motors or hurt them. I have heard they change the fuel curve. They are 103 ceramic caps.

AllMotorMonster can you or anyone tell me? I am just curious. I just chipped another ECU for a friend and they were optional in the instructions, so we bought them and and soldered them in.

They do nothing are really are optional.

However, it is recommended to use them because they smooth out power spikes.
