The pictures are terrible, and the hood pins are fugly. No shots of the engine bay says its probably a hack job.

yeah, im sorry but if a car isnt running, and they say its only a $100 part.
im going to call bullshit.

why lose your ass on something when you can take it somewhere and have them fix it for a couple hundred, then sell it for at least a thousand more?

theres other issues keeping it from running, hes just trying to get out from under that headache before it bankrupts his ass.

more than likely something wrong with the wiring
you can check the motor with a compression and/or leak down test to make sure its good.
is it worth it if you factor in a new chassis and conversion engine harness? plus your time to install said wiring?
