What exhaust manifold and downpipe?

I have '00 ITR Swap in a '95 civic coupe and I'm running it OBD1 with a P28 Chipped. What I need to Know is what exhaust manifold and downpipe with 1 O2 bung should I get (other than a ITR)? I live in california so I have to have my swap inspected by BAR (bureau auto repair)and smogged.
Can I use ones from a B18b/a?

any B18 exhaust manifold will work
i think DC is CARB approved

I just want to go pull one out of a junkyard for the inspection, then I can put my JDM ITR header back on.

yeah DC is carb approved. they stamp it right onto the header.

to the best of my non-living-in-cali knowledge, you are going to have to run an obd2 ecu and the 2nd o2 to pass.

i think the LS one might fit

im pretty sure the GSR one is a different length
