whats up yall. hey i got an ls/vtec in my hatch. its got a pr3-3 b16 head (first gen) and i noticed that there seems to be a rattling noise. i thought it was the valves so i got a valve adjustment done but i dont think thats it. i think and i was told that it may be the lost motion assembly. i have heard that the first gen b16 lma's go out like that. so my question is how do i change them, what do i do, who should i get to do it, and which kind do i need to get. i think i might need to ge some ITR lma's but i dont know.
