What lowering springs to use

I have a set of tokico(spelling) shocks with after market coilover; however, i think my coilovers are fucked up. Now, winter is almost over and this coming weekend will be spring break for us in the Northland, I want to switch the coilover to lowering springs. I personally had never used lowering springs and just wandering what is the reasonable quality performance and handling quality springs outher. thanks for your infor
 
anyone has any though on Tein and skunk2 lowering springs? I like the design of both products, however, look can be deceiving.
