What needs to be done before swap???

alright guys i am about to swap a b18c into my car. before you guys swap, what do you guys do?? change water pump?? change timing belt?? or just put it in and run her??

Change them both if you know how to do it right.
If you don't know how to do it right, don't do it yourself.
Doing it before you drop it in will save you a lot of struggle later
