What Rings Do I Use For Cr/vtec Turbo Bottom End?

When I do my B20 CRV botom end build up, should I use stock rings or should I use total seal rings. Currently I am running the stock bottom end but I need more power.

use the ones that come with your pistons.
and hone the walls according to the ring style

trust me, go with the ones that go with your piston. oem is not the best.
