What Should I Look For?

Ok, Let me appologize in advance for a stupid thread! This is a pretty worthless topic, but I've been given a task and am unsure of what direction to look.

My sister just turned 16 and has claimed a spot on the road (God save us all!!!!!)

My parents have passed the task of finding her a car onto me. They want to spend around 2000 on the high end.

I immediately set out to find a late 80's honda. (I got my CRX for 1100 and It's cherry!)

But here's where it gets tricky. They want it to have airbags...........

In my experiences, I have grown loyal to Honda. However, since money is an issue for my parents right now, what direction should I look?

CRITERIA:

Reliable ; around $2000 or less ; equipped with airbags

Any help would be most appreciated!

93-94 driver side air bags become manditory, passenger sides i think are still optional, but im not sure.

its hard to find a 93+ for under 2k that actually runs good.
