what type of motor swap for a 97 civic cx hatch

Hey! guys need a little advice I just got my civic cx It has d16y7 in it now, not very powerful if you know what I mean! I had a 5.0 stang before this. so, Im not very familiar with imports, but I figured they were alot lighter than the 5.0 mustang. So I went out and copped a chassis, got any ideas for this project?

whats your bankroll like?

i'd go with a gsr/turbo setup if your pockets are deep...

otherwise a mild ls/vtec setup will probably satisfy you..

185 whp / 140 ft lbs of torque would move that bitch into high 13s
