What type of paint should i use? i am going to paint my car black.. i have heard that i shoudl use enamel?

unless your really cheap, then you could use rustoleum, thats what i used.

house of kolor has some good colors to choose from... but since its just black then simply
base coat, second layer and multiple clear coats [especially on the front bumper since im sure you down want rock chips as part of your paint job]

Krylon or Duplicolor finishes are nice!!! J/K. PPG paints are probably the best out there right now..... House of kolor paints are nice, but more than likely a little more than what you are wanting to do. Definately go w/ the Base Coat/Clear Coat, One stage paint is junk. You can color sand all day and won't get a decent shine.
