What would Happen

If I put a b20 crank in a b18 block... would it stroke it to 2.0? Will it fit? Do you think it's worth it.(if it works)

from what i understand, the b20 and b18(a/B) crank is the same, the only difference is the bore. 81mm vs. 84mm

i do not know how that applies to the 1.8 vtec blocks, though
