what's need to put a 93 ls into 93 hatchback?

I have a 93 automatic civic hatchback without a motor. I also have a complete automatic 93 ls motor including mouts. I do not want to convert it to a manual transmission. Does anyone know what problems i might have bolting this motor into the car?
