im looking into getting an sr20det u13 blue bird for a sentra and i wanna know what all i can do to strengthen my motor so it dont blow

there are plenty of sites focused on the SR20 engine
 
general upgrades that you would do with a honda. the sr20s can make 400hp on stock internals from what ive seen.
