    it does look like an old ass daihatsu truck but I am far from an expert on old imports.

    It's a Toyopet, and you'll NEVER find another one again.

    yea.. i seen that pic when i did a google image search.. the one i seen was pretty small though

    w3rd, thats what i thought - toyota brought over a small car, long before any trucks. The toyopet originally hit our shores in the 70s and did not fare well. Toyota had to pull out of the market and then reentered a few years later as per my readings of Maynard's The End of Detroit.
