ok, I have a slight problem with my car. Its a 1995 Honda Civic DX coupe. I have a GSR swap and a turbonetics turbo kit on it. For a fuel system I have a Walbro 255, OBX Fuel Filter, RC injectors, Vortech FMU, and an AEM fuel pressure regulator. Now, the car is very hard to get started. its like its not getting fuel or maybe spark. I can hear the fuel pump whining so I know its running. But when I do get it started it runs with a "putt" and if I give it throttle then it bogs down and usually shuts off unless i tap the gas just right.

get a p28 and get rid of the fmu. and tune

you probably have the vacuum set up wrong. or the fpr is not open
