i just sold my ej1 w/ b18 and im looking at a 92 si hatch, nice suspension work and only 70k! but it needs a brake booster and wheel bearing. ive changed hub assemblies before but ive never messed with a wheel bearing. now my friend says if i get the hub off he can press the new bearing in. my question is it that simple? just buy a new bearing, take the hub off and have him press in the new one? if so consider the car mine.

just want to make sure im not getting into a mess

any imput? :worthy:

...With Sledge-O-Matic.

not exactly, my friends works at a machine shop on his property so we can just do it there

he's tried a hit it with a big hammer without taking the hub off the car trick. but that didn't work, the ironic part of that is, soon after his car lost control and he slid into a 20ft ravine....
