When i make left hand turns my passenger side rear disc brake makes a rubbing sound. I took off my wheel and it seems like the rotor is warped or somthing causing my brakes to do this.
My question is do i need to a new rotor, or will it just continue to annoy me and do no damage?
Why does it only make the noise when i turn left?!?!?

nope..
somtimes the noise will keep going when the steering wheel is straight and when i tap the brakes it will make the noise stop

sounds like one of the slides might be locking up when you replace the brakes and rotors have them greesed
