NO, they won't work without more parts. The caliper and the rotor do not line up on the stock spindle. I tried it myself years ago.
You'll need to use 88-91 Civic EX spindles to make those work right, or if you want, you can use 90-93 Integra spindles, but you'll need a camber kit or something to correct the camber and other alignment issues this swap causes.
