Which motor goes to wat car

Ok i'm still new to the names of each engines
which engine goes to what car?
H22
b16
ZC
Z6
B18
B20
y8
d16
and which ones are vtec and which ones are dohc you know what i mean and if i forgot any engine please add on I just want the basics not wanting to go all out just the common engines

i'm not sure if there is an faq so i will give you a quick overview.

USDM car first-

H22 and H23- 1992-2001 came in preludes
DOHC- all VTEC- h22a only

b16- 1993-1997 del sol VTEC's only, 1998-2000 civic si's only
DOHC- all VTEC- all

ZC- 1987-1989 acura integra's, however in the US they are stamped as D-blocks
DOHC- d16a1 VTEC- no

Z6- 1992-1995 honda civic's (ex-si only)
DOHC- no VTEC- all

*B18* 1990-2001 acura integra's, however there are many variants b18a (ls 90-93), b18b (ls 94-01), b18c1 (gsr 94-01), and b18c5 (type-r 98-01) in the US.
DOHC- all VTEC- b18c1, and b18c5

B20 1997-2000 honda CRV's, two variants b20b, and b20z
DOHC- all VTEC- no

y8- updated z6, obd2 and whatnot 1996-2000 ex's
DOHC- no VTEC- all

d16- too many variants to list, it has been in use since the very early '80's
DOHC- D16a1 only VTEC- d15z1, d16z6, and d16y8

*f-series*-accord motors,
SOHC- all except f20c VTEC- f22b, s2000 f20c

*B17*- came in integra GSR's, very valuable cause of rarity
DOHC- all VTEC- all

JDM motors


H22a- 1992-2001 came in preludes and euro accord type-r's
DOHC- all VTEC- all

b16a- 1988-2000 civic sir's, crx's and integra xsi's
DOHC- all VTEC- all

ZC- 1987-1989 acura integra's, besides that i have no idea
DOHC- some VTEC- some

Z6- no JDM

*B18* 1990-2001 acura integra's, however there are many variants b18a, b18b, and b18c the type-r is denoted by a red valve cover and b16 style intake manifold
DOHC- all VTEC- b18c

B20 1997-2000 honda CRV's, and the honda orthia, others??? two variants b20b, and b20z
DOHC- all VTEC- no

y8- no JDM

d16- no JDM

*f-series*-accord motors, s2000.
DOHC- f22a, f20c VTEC- f22a, f20c
