will b16 head work on a b18c1 motor perfect?

iam just curious becuase i want to get a b18c1 block and ditch the b16 block. i havent milled the head or anything yet and would the ctr pistons in my b16a work on the b18? B)

the head will bolt up to the b18c1 block.
