I am swaping a 2000 JDM ITR B18C5 into a 94 civic Si, I am having the P28 ecu chipped with skunk program and intend to use my 94 Si engine harness on the new engine. Do I need an OBD1 distributor? If I do is there any difference in DOHC OBD1 distributors? Thanks for your help in advance.

no you dont need an OBD-1 distributor

just swap the 2 plugs from your harness for the 1 OBD-2 plug

the colors dont match but the wire positions do

you need to swap the plugs for
the injectors --- colors match... yellow w/ black stripe are common ground so it doesnt matter what ones you connect them to
the distributor --- colors do not match but the locations do... cut and solder them 1 at a time to make sure you dont fuck anything up
the alternator --- im not sure what wires go where ... i just bought an OBD-1 B series alternator so i cant help here
