Will this dizzy work?

hey guys im getting ready to drop my brothers b16a2 engine and trans in my 88 crx si, my question is i know the b16a2 crank angle sensor is located at the oil pump and not the dizzy, im doing a obd1 conversion with this swap, am i going to need an obd 1 dizzy to make it work correctly? thanks.

you will need the dizzy to be the same OBD as your harness for it to plug in. you can use the OBD2 dizzy and just run a jumper from OBD2 to OBD1.

You can leave the crank sensor unplugged on the oil pump if your running a OBD1 ecu because the dizzy already has one.
