I could have used you two years ago when I was putting speakers in my Escort. took me 20 minutes to figure out which wires were which & then which one I had to match them up to on my Pioneer deck.

ALWAYS test your wires with a volt meter.
ALWAYS put a butt connector( or some type of cover) on illumination/dimmer wires, if these wires touch ground you can short out your dimmerswitch, illumination lighting and a lot of other expensive shit.

Just goto your local stereo shop, they can get you a wire color printout for you car
