Why would you need new suspension? My old room mate just put a H22A in his 4DO Accord he did not have to change anything but the people that did his swap put in new axles.

The H block is about 150 pounds heavier than a D block setup- so yes, it's advisable to change your suspension to suit the new front end configuration. The suspension in the Accord is already set up for the weight of the F/H blocks, so you really don't need to change much.
