Wtb 16 Or 15 Inch Rims

Im in VA and I'm looking to by some 16 or 15 inch rims 4x100 with tires, looking to spend around $300.

For 300 bucks your best bet is to get a set of Si rims or maybe GSR....

i have some 15 inch enkei's with tires, they are chrome, but the chrome is coming off and you could have htem powder coated any color you want. the tires are decent, 2 are 60+% the other 2 are 80+% i am wanting $250 for them, they arent bent but need balanced.
i live in indiana so thats probably too far
