WTB: manual conversion

HI all, i have a 2000 ex AT coupe. im looking to do a MT conversion but its hard to find these parts on this small ass island(HAWAII). so im turning to hondaswap for help. i have a d series. i have all mountsparts im looking for is listed, i hoping one person will have all these parts (most likely not) but pm if yu have what im looking for...

*** D series MT tranny
*** Pedal set
*** ex MT ecu
*** Shift linkage
*** Cluch Master & Slave Cylinder & lines
*** MT starter
*** VSS
*** Intake manifold & Throttle body (off a MT ex if possible)

I have D series VSS, Starter, and shift linkage with no shifter. Can't PM you yet. You are too new.
