sounds like a b series going into a 96-00 civic.. =) juss did my swap..

driver and rear bracket is gonna run about 100 for both.. MAJESTICHONDA.COM

a/c bracket.. good luck.. its hard to find.. but u kan order it from HASPORT.COM

tranny bracket should be easy to find anywhere..

have fun with the swap.. i did.. lol..
