Looking to purchase a P28 ECU for my OBD-1 Conversion/Motor Swap. Must be 5-Speed (NO AUTOMATICS) and not chipped. I have Paypal, Personal Checks, Cash, & Credit Card.

I also have a PM6 (88-91 Civic/CRX Si) ECU for trade/sale + the difference.
