It appears that the P28 that we chipped for the SiR2 auto swap has sh*t the bed.
Of course, it could just be that I got a bad chip, or it got too hot during the soldering. But unless someone with a chip burner can send me a spoon-spec EPROM to test this theory, I'll just look for a new ECU.
