y7 rods

I'm wondering how strong the y7 rods are compared to like the y8, z6, and other d series rods when it comes to thickness and strength to boost, because I've finally seen what the b2 rods look like and wow I've heard they are thin but damn I thought I could bend them myself. and I only ask because I've got the chance to pick up a 7y long block for like $100 and I wanted to know if there is any strength to these rods

According to Majestic Honda Y7,Y8, and Y5 rods are all the same.

I have been lurking in this forum for a while and thinking about registering. This question gave me the incentive. The y7 rods are crap. total crap. I own a d16y7 and would like more power but I read everywhere a million times a day that the rods are the weak link. They handle maybe 50hp more than the stock civic dx (1996-2000). Always the first thing to go in a modded d16y7.
